Refund policy
All our products are discontinued, from Charlie's collections or vintage and always on sale! Therefore, we do not offer refunds after product is shipped! No SALE items can be returned! So, unless your product hasn't been fulfilled and shipped yet, you can request a refund.
In any way, if you have a problem or any other issue with the product, contact us in the email below and if your return is accepted at our discretion, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return and explanation of issue, will not be accepted. We fulfill and handle packages with care and double check our items to make sure you receive the right and impeccable product you ordered from us on the website.

Refunds
We will notify you if the refund was approved or not in case you requested one upon ordered the product. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at hellofromcharliescorner@gmail.com. Remember, refunds will only be approved if your order has not been fulfilled and shipped.
